Large-scale oil presses can be divided into pre-presses and full presses according to the size and arrangement of their internal pressing structures. The pre-press is mainly used in peanuts, rapeseed, cottonseed and other high-oil oilseeds to squeeze out 80%-85% of the oil in the oil to obtain physically squeezed oil without leaching solvent and low-oil cake. The squeezed oil has good use value. Because the cake has less residual oil, it can also reduce the energy consumption and solvent consumption in the later leaching process. The full squeezer extracts as much oil as possible from the oil by adjusting the oil output rate, squeezing ratio and squeezing chamber pressure, and the processing capacity is significantly smaller than that of the squeezer (the same type of oil press, the processing capacity of the full squeezer The processing capacity of the pre-press is halved), but the oil output rate has been greatly improved. After returning to the user, the oil output rate of the full press is 91%-95%.
